An old, brick edifice stands in front of the burnt-down ruins of a home in the hillside. Mountains rear up in all directions, covered in lush, green vegetation. Nobody comes this way anymore, but you have the sense that anything placed in the mailbox attached to this old structure will be found by someone, the only living person for whom this place still has any meaning.

I still don't know about this but...if it makes him feel comfortable, I just hope that he'll be more happier with himself later in life.

I know Asgard isn't the best place to be but if this place can make him happier, then I think I can say there's something good about here!

At the very least, I think some things are a little better for him here. It might help if he can stay for a while.

Do you know when Ritsu's birthday is? When it happens, we need to throw him a surprise party! We'll invite all his friends and it goes to show how much he's loved here in Asgard! It might be a good way to cheer him up!

Bring up the zodiac thing. I think he was talking about chinese years and so all you need to do is talk to him about that a little and tack on that you're curious what his birthday is. If he gets suspicious, mention that you're looking for the elemental sign in his month or something.

It's bullshit, since that's an annual thing and not monthly, but it might throw him.

I know there was a calender for the zodiac thing but I never heard of anything about elemental signs!

Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood if I recall correctly. Chinese elements, which would switch every five years. Bringing them up, though, might convince him to share his month at least.

Or you could ask about the western zodiac as well.

But I can ask him about that! It wouldn't be too difficult to ask if he's a fish, bull, or a goat!

Time works funny around here, so I'm not sure how to treat it. November first, but I showed up here on my birthday, and it was summer here... so it's a little hard to be sure.

Hm...either way, I think I'm going to celebrate it when November 1 does arrive even if it is in the summer or some other season! It's still your birthday so...why not?

And besides, if it happens to falls around a summer holiday that means you get to be twice as happy! So it's a good thing!
