An old, brick edifice stands in front of the burnt-down ruins of a home in the hillside. Mountains rear up in all directions, covered in lush, green vegetation. Nobody comes this way anymore, but you have the sense that anything placed in the mailbox attached to this old structure will be found by someone, the only living person for whom this place still has any meaning.

It is, but if you work there, you just look cheap! I only ever got away with looking cheap with Emppu because he didn't give a shit about anything, Naruto. Even Genevieve didn't want to go to some place I got for free most days!

Wait a couple dates before you pull that trick. When you're asking her out the first time, you're trying to impress her. Get her attention. Later on, you can do stuff like that to get away with nicer things than you can usually afford.

You think she's special, right? stop looking like this is scaling some mountain. Do something to make her know you want her. Not anyone else, not me. Her. Do that, and if she's got the slightest glimmer, it might just work.

Favorite food? Yeah, that's the right idea. Do something that you know she'll like. You guys have worked together for a while, haven't you?

Think about all the stuff she used to do to make herself feel better on her own when a day wasn't going her way. Then, do stuff like that. It's a lot easier than you think if you already know her that well.
