An old, brick edifice stands in front of the burnt-down ruins of a home in the hillside. Mountains rear up in all directions, covered in lush, green vegetation. Nobody comes this way anymore, but you have the sense that anything placed in the mailbox attached to this old structure will be found by someone, the only living person for whom this place still has any meaning.

Sam, I have more or less everything. She gave me his dog. I have an idea of where it ought to be, I can copy it for you. Is there anything else you want? Someone should be making these things, people need them.

I'll probably stop by and pick up the recipes for potions he's crafted that I don't have yet. I'll start adding them to the mix, though some stuff will probably be on order only.

[She sighed a little.]

You wouldn't believe it maybe, but that sleeping potion's the one thing people request the most around here.

I would completely believe it. The bigger shock would be anyone at all in this city sleeping well.

I sleep like a baby. [liar.] I've seen my world almost destroyed more than once now. It's not going to stop me. It's just... unpleasant getting it all back at once.

Honestly, it's not been about business for a long time. Never really got into business to get rich. It was something to do I knew, and it made me feel useful. Now? It's more about getting ready.
