Samantha's Potion and Herbal Laboratory
Location: Belladonna is divided into three locations at present - Sales occur at her door, plants are grown in her basement and potions are made in the oubliette, a secret location.
The 'Garden' - In her graciousness or wickedness, Sarah has gifted Samantha with space and equipment to craft potions and herbal cures within her wing. The entrance to Belladonna is located inside of Samantha's room in Sarah's wing, a cleverly hidden panel door that leads to a spiral stairway downwards. The door is locked, a strand of Samantha's hair is tied to both sides to know if someone breaks in, but is otherwise unlocked.
The space has been set up entirely as a hydroponics lab with table and a couple book shelves full of alchemical writings Samantha's managed to scrounge up in Eros, covering both herbalism and alchemy with growing thoroughness. It is, however, mostly a hydroponics array. Plants adorn and fill a space the size of one of the Maeve's apartments, with only one window normally closed. Temperatures, moisture and the like are carefully tended and the walls are treated against moisture. Any number of plants, both from Samantha's world and from Eros, along with a few from other worlds she's gotten seeds from (such as Thedas, from Eliana) can be found here, each purported to have magical properties. A trio of comfortable chairs and a reading table sit beside the window, and the place has a comfortable feel. There is, however, only the entrance through the basement of Samantha's room. There is no access to the second floor. From the outside of the mansion, the window looks like any other minor sitting room, easily ignored.
The Oubliette - After the events of November 2015, Samantha has moved her alchemical equipment to a small, sealed chamber she calls an Oubliette. Its location is on the grounds of the Maeve, in the basement of an old, disused tool shed, the only access being a concealed trapdoor. Finding it, however, is extremely difficult as the Maeve have placed two wards on it, one to make it difficult for people who aren't Samantha to even notice that the tool shed is in the copse of trees or at all important, and two to tempt Samantha to use it for her own purposes. Finding it requires getting past the Maeve's ward to know it exists as a place (and at present, only Umi Ryuuzaki has seen the building besides Samantha.).
The entrance is trapped with physical traps as opposed to magical wards, but only enough to scare away the unlucky and greedy. Within, three tables are arrayed and the space seems to double as a BDSM parlor at times. It is soundproofed and there is ample alchemical equipment to work with for Samantha's purposes. Her current research notes are found here. Her personal Alchemical Journal and Erosian Grimoire, however, is not.

Her Room - Anyone who wants to make a purchase simply knocks on her door or leaves a message on the chalkboard there. Prices are listed, but her stock of potions she's willing to make normally is limited.
How do you know about it and make purchases?
-There's a chalkboard by her door. Knock, leave a note with the order and payment, and the potion is generally ready 1-3 days later. Sometimes it's available in stock to start. You may handwave payments and such. Just don't abuse the system. ^.~
What if I want X potion not here, can she make it?
-Your character can ask Samantha, and I will contact the mods. She can make specific potions not listed below, provided the mods approve them, and provided that she is willing. The price can be handwaved because ... uh... yeah, reward systems produce a lot of money.
So, if you want something custom but your character doesn't want it from the Maeve, the answer is "Maybe. Ask away." No promises.
OOCly: Because people don't really seem to care about the order form, and after a while the Reward System kind of makes the money tree not really 'that' important, you may handwave purchasing potions below or medicines.
What is Available:
-Normal, non-magical herbal cures and prophylactics (either grown in lab hydroponics or bought from town).
-Magical Potions (weaker than the Maeve, different from them and more ... unpredictable at times.).
Medical Stock and Prices:
Herbal Cures: Normal, mundane real world herbal cures (or approximations thereof) are available for about 10 Otto a bottle.

Potion Stock and Prices:
1) Affadil Extract - (Libido Reducing Potion)
-Reduces a character's libido temporarily. Does not completely remove all desire or negate the ability to have an orgasm, just brings someone's libido down.
-Duration: First dose - 1 week, Second Dose - 4 days, Third Dose - 2 days, Fourth Dose - 1 day.
-Cooldown Period: When the effect wears off, the Extract will not work again for 2 weeks. During the day that the potion ends, the user's libido will spike and become pronounced. (Not forcing to have sex, but very strong urges.)
-Cost: 100 Otto per dose
-Note: Per Mods, there is no punishment for making/using this potion. Not having sex for too long will anger the Maeve, but reducing one's libido isn't necessarily going to anger them. (Besides, it has a long cooldown time to boot, so keep that in mind)
2) Vendelthorn Draught - (Sleeping Potion)
-Puts a person into a deep, dreamless but fully restful sleep within a minute of having been drunk. So long as significant bodily harm doesn't occur, they awake from their sleep at the end fully rested and refreshed. (Sex does not qualify as "significant bodily harm.")
-Duration: 8 Hours
-Cost: 100 Otto per dose
-Warning: Habit Forming (like any sleep aid). On rare occasions may result in a person sleep walking (and possibly even sleep fucking).
3) Lugh's Vigor - (Stamina Potion)
-The drinker has stamina and can stay awake without sleep for the duration. At the end of the duration, they return to normal, and will need a normal night's sleep the following day. While under the potion's effects, the have greater stamina for those... *ahem* marathon sessions.
-Duration: 24 Hours. A second dose can stack to 36 hours (see warning)
-Cost: 100 Otto per dose
-Warning: Habit Forming. Also, if a person takes two doses in succession or more than two in a week, they crash at the end of the effect, sleeping like a log for 12 hours. Afterwards, it won't work again for a week.
4) Healing Potion - (Healing Potion, duh.)
- Instant healing of moderate or light wounds, but no regeneration, so long as the wounds are no more than 6 hours old. Against more serious wounds, can stop blood loss or internal bleeding and help keep a person alive, but other healing is necessary.
- Multiple Potions do not stack. It heals what's there, and a second potion is wasted unless they're injured again first.
-Duration: instant effect
-Cost: 100 Otto per dose.

-Use your imagination, but here's a few obvious ones:
Libido-Reducer: Perfect for a dominatrix who is focused on dominating a target rather than getting off themselves. Makes control easier.
Sleep Potion: Sleep sex.
Stamina Potion: Marathon Sex/Sexual Exhaustion.
Elemental Protection: Edge Kinks (Ice-play, Fire-play, Electric-Play using more significant levels than is healthy or safe)
Shrinking: Dominance play...

-Regeneration Tonic, 3 doses Elemental Aegis (Acid), 3 doses Pixie's Gift and having a Revival Spell as backup is not a bad idea.
Oh, and never tell Samantha that's why your character is buying it. That is a conversation they don't want to have with her.
