samantha_greySamantha Grey's history is full of trigger-sensitive events. She has died several times and her deaths include the following trigger issues: Torture, Death, Gore/Violence, Mutilation, Incest, Rape, Bestiality, Xenophilia, Tentacles, Vore, Forced Resurrection, Psychological Torture/Mental Conditioning, partial Mind-Break and Necrophilia. Normally she doesn't discuss them publicly, but they can still be an issue. While Samantha's demonic side is submerged in many canon points, this does not mean that triggers are not possible if her past is discussed or she has a relapse to demonic behavior temporarily in an event or plot.
If you do not wish to deal with these triggers at all, or have a particular concern here please let me know by commenting to this post. Sam's story is not always trigger-sensitive and she does tend to avoid the worst topics with those she doesn't trust, but I do not want people uncomfortable in RP. Specify characters/accounts in your post and whether or not you want a) to simply not deal with trigger-sensitive behavior from Sam or b) not deal with Sam entirely. I don't have a problem either way, trust me. Life's a lot easier if everyone's comfortable in these things.
I wish to be very clear here. I do not want players uncomfortable. If you would rather not deal with a part, or all, of Samantha in gameplay, it is easier to contact me and I will simply make sure to try and remember to keep this preference in mind. I'm not perfect, so a slip up may occur, but I will do whatever I can to treat your request both privately and with the care it deserves.
Midnight Syndicate-Specific Issue (CRAU):
Samantha has an additional issue in games like Midnight Syndicate, where a Game-Transfer from a previous game is allowed (In this case, Asgard Eventide). She has 3 years of RP in Asgard, and therefore an extensive CR List (which isn't even exhaustive). I'm experimenting with the viability of a game transfer with the character, and if it doesn't work I won't be repeating the experiment.
Samantha, not to put too fine a point on it, is not supposed to be the next "Renne." If you don't want to deal with her past CR, you don't have to. There's mechanics in almost every Panfandom to explain away forgetting elements of her past in these games, and ones specific in Asgard. Say the word, and she doesn't remember you or recognize your character in the case of major CR. It does not matter how big this CR was. It could be Eridan, a year+ long romantic entanglement in Asgard, and I will simply turn it into "Oh just another troll with purple blood I haven't met yet" at the drop of a hat. I enjoy working with her old CR as a backstory, but your comfort is more important, so if you don't want it in our RP, but don't mind starting fresh with Sam, just say so.
