An old, brick edifice stands in front of the burnt-down ruins of a home in the hillside. Mountains rear up in all directions, covered in lush, green vegetation. Nobody comes this way anymore, but you have the sense that anything placed in the mailbox attached to this old structure will be found by someone, the only living person for whom this place still has any meaning.

They're gray-skinned, horned, and I think they're from another planet. Their culture's got a lot of violence bred into it, which is why I think Gamzee was the way he was. It's also why some of their romance isn't exactly like humans.

The trolls might have a lot of violence in them but I definitely know that all trolls are like that! There's always got to be someone that doesn't agree with their way of thinking so...

Well, whatever their race is like, some of them are really calm most of the time. Tavros is pretty much peaceful as far as I can tell, so no you're right. Not all of them are like that.

And, I'm only really half human, but ... it says a lot, I hope.

[For a moment, Bianca went silent. How was she going to respond to this? Of course she never met a demon before, the closest thing she can say is that she met some really bad pokemon but...they're usually friendly in nature. Even the ones that looked scary were nice...]

I don't know what your other demonic half is like but...it's still you so if I can try to talk to that other half...

Sorry about that. Seriously, you need to promise me that if I start openly flirting with you or get really creepy, you stay the hell away. Don't try to talk to me when I'm like that. It's unsafe, and that part of me will try to trick you into trusting her, and she'll do awful things if she gets the chance.

This is Doctor Jekkyl and Miss Hyde, if you know the reference. That part of me's not safe, sane or remotely able to be talked down. She's a monster that I use magical tea to keep under control and hope, pray never gets loose again. It's me, but you don't want to mess with her. Promise me.

[Once she heard Samantha's sudden shout, Bianca couldn't help but jump right back! She almost threw the communicator jump in the air because of it! Luckily, she managed to catch it as it landed right on her hands. She let out a small sigh of relief before continuing]

N-No, it's okay! But uh...I will? I know if something is making uncomfortable, I know I have to run as fast as I can! I-I'm not sure what kind of things you'll do but...[mumble mumble]

I don't know what kind of reference but that does sound familiar... [Of course, there is a pokemon version of that] ...she really can't be that bad! It's really still you but...

[Once again, Bianca isn't sure how to respond. There was an obvious silence from her as she tried to find the words to speak. She so wants to help her friend with this problem but at the same time, she just wasn't sure what to do. Her other self was this demon who wanted nothing more than to hut others.

... if you want to help, speak to Merlin. What he and several others are doing is locking me up the day before I would normally feel my personality shift, and letting me free afterwards. You can help do that. For now, we're controlling it ok, so hopefully it will stay that way, but this would let you help without risking yourself.

The tea helps. It's something I brew myself. The last two new moons, that part of me hasn't come out, and believe me when I say I'm trying to find a way that doesn't involve me being locked up and strapped to a chair for twenty-four hours. It isn't pleasant.

But I have hurt people here, Bianca. Badly. I don't want to do that again, whatever it takes. I'm tired of waking up, covered in blood or worse.

They did have fun, even though they were really awkward through the whole thing. He apologized a lot less than I expected. Still more than he should have, but it was a start.
